Returns & Refund Policy

 

Returns

Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

Items must be brand new, unused, and returned with the original packaging and tags intact.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must purchase and print the return label themselves.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Customer’s personal selection errors (such as choosing the wrong model or color)

  • Change of mind

  • Customized products or Final Sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged or defective, please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos.

After review and approval, we will either send a free replacement of the same item or issue a refund.

The following cases will not be processed:

  • Damage caused by misuse 

  • Accidents

  • Improper care by the customer

  • Claims submitted after 14 days

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this time, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

If canceled within 12 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged to cover processing and administrative costs.

 

Shipping Issues

After the order has been shipped, Only Gifting is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but lost, stolen, or misdelivered

  • Issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer

If a package is lost in transit but not marked as “delivered", you may contact us for assistance with an investigation. A replacement or refund may be provided at our discretion.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If you need to change the address, please email us within 24 hours of purchase.

If the address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered after this time, no compensation or further handling will be provided.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned within 14 days and passes inspection

  • The return request is made within the 14-day window

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the bank to process the refund.
